My best friend is getting married next week and I’m so incredibly excited for her! The wedding festivities began last weekend with the Mayoun and I was lucky enough to photograph the event.  I’ve included some of my favorite shots below:

We’ve been friends since I moved to California in 2001 and have only gotten closer since then. She’ll be moving a couple thousand miles away after the wedding and I’m honestly a bit afraid that we may not be as close. But we’ve both decided we’re going to do our best to keep in touch and remain a constant part of each other’s lives so I’m hoping for the best.

She’s honestly one of the best people I know. It’s hard to put into words but she definitely inspires me to be the best version of myself every day. She makes sure I take care of myself in the midst of the madness that is medical school. And she listens. I’m so incredibly lucky to have such a wonderful best friend.
